Overall it was the BEST stay. Hotel was clean and the room was well-equipped. The location was lovely, a 10-15 minute walking distance from parque lleras. Serene place with exceptional service too.

Reasonably priced food, respectful staff. Plenty of supplies in the room: air conditioning, WiFi and coffee. Impeccable location close to parque lleras. I went to an amazing restaurant and really enjoyed the international dishes. Lovely garden and heated pool;)))

Everything was perfect as expected, however the bathroom was very tiny. Hearty and above average breakfast, loved its service.

The stay was very enjoyable! It was fairly clean, and I appreciated fab location and staff. The bed was comfy and it was great having a safe, an iron and an electronic key card.

Restful experience, everything was great. Absolutely delightful staff, was quick to help with travel tips. Enjoyed slices of fresh bread and cereal for breakfast. The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a pretty comfortable area, near restaurants, bars, the night life. Also, parque poblado was easy to reach.

Carmen is within walking distance of the hotel. Good location, the pool was a plus. El Poblado neighborhood was worth exploring. Free parking was definitely a highlight❤
